Small resort Weligama town is located on the shore of a beautiful Bay on the southern tip of the island. How to get

The distance from Colombo to Weligama is about 140 km, from Galle is approximately 30 km. To get on Weligama from the airport easy by car, check transfer services. Also can be reached by train (the schedule of study here) or by bus with transfers in Colombo and Galle. The road from Galle to Weligama is very picturesque, passes right along the coast, on the one hand the Indian Ocean, on the other hilly jungle.
